Pneumatic Short Bar Loader
The pneumatic style short bar loader is an economical way to achieve unmanned production runs. The V-65E and V-65LE load spindle length bar stock into the lathe spindle and will feed to a turret stop.
These extremely versatile short bar loaders come standard with Top Cut System for automatically sensing a new bar position in the loader and easy to access V Channel Adjustment Guide for quickly changing bar diameters. TRACER pneumatic short bar loaders also come with a unique Rail Retract System that allows an operator to slide the loader back out of the way for easy spindle liner changes and accessibility to the lathe.
The V-65E is able to feed bar diameters from 5 to 65mm (.25″ to 2.56″) and up to 1,200mm (48″) in length. The V-65LE feeds bar diameters from 5 to 65mm and up to 1,500mm (60″) in length.
Servo Short Bar Loaders
The TRACER Vs-65E and Vs-65LE servo short bar loaders can help you achieve unmanned production runs with sub-spindle style CNC lathes. The TRACER servo short bar loaders can load spindle length bar stock into the lathe’s spindle.
The TRACER Vs-65E, Vs-65LE, Vs-80L and Vs-105XL can feed bar to a turret stop or a pre-set position. These models can handle the following sizes of bar diameter and length:
- Vs-65E: 5 to 65mm (.25″~2.56″) max. bar diameter and 1,200mm (48″) max. bar length
- Vs-65LE: 5 to 65mm (.25″~2.56″) max. bar diameter and 1,500mm (60″) max. bar length
- Vs-80L: 8 to 80mm (.315″ to 3.15″) max. bar diameter and 1,500mm (60″) max. bar length
- Vs-105XL: 5 to 105mm (.20″~4.13″) max. bar diameter and 1,860mm (73″) max. bar length
All TRACER bar feeders and bar loaders come standard with our patented frontal LED Display that allows for distant monitoring at a glance. The LED Display messages provide the operator with important information, including bar length, last bar, feeder error, and CNC lathe error.
