About Jessica Presutto
Jessica joined CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies in January 2018 as an administrative assistant with responsibilities for accounting processes, parts shipments and answering telephones, as well as supporting other employees. When our sales manager left, Jessica was thrust into the role of handling all sales, parts and service calls, a role she embraced with enthusiasm. When customers sent her prints and schematics to quote accessory options, she worked with applications engineers to learn how to understand the documents.
After almost a year in sales, Jessica embarked on an overseas trip to visit manufacturing OEMs to expand her product knowledge. She has worked to expand the company’s customer base to not only include end users but also distributors and OEMs. Our sales have increased 12 percent overall since Jessica has been in her sales position!
