CNC Indexing Introduces New HR-3030 Rotary Table Series

CNC Indexing is pleased to announce the addition of Ganro Industrial Corp.’s new HR-3030 horizontal rotary table series to our available products. Features of the new series include:

The latest HR-3030 CNC horizontal rotary table features a table top dimension of 3000mm (118.1”), 3905mm (153.75”) table swing diameter, a work load capacity of up to 50,000 kg. (110,230 lbs.) and indexing increments as small as 0.001 degrees.

Table top sizes available in the HR Series range from 400 mm (15.74”) to 3000 mm (118.1”) square. There is a broad range of manufacturing processes that Ganro horizontal CNC rotary tables are used for, but they are particularly well suited to horizontal boring mill applications. With the HR Series’ design, it can be used as a fully rotating axis integrated into the machine’s control system or as an indexer with an M-Mate AC servo controller, also offered by Ganro.

This series of tables is specifically designed for horizontal mounting only. Like all Ganro horizontal CNC rotary tables and indexers, the HR Series uses Ganro’s core technology of a double lead worm shaft and worm wheel system, which reduces backlash and and high precision. Also like other Ganro rotary tables, the HR Series is assembled using cross cylindrical roller bearings that have a high rotation capable of bearing heavy loads in all directions.
