A CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies’ tilting rotary table can add 4th axis capability to your machine.  It holds the piece and moves it at exact intervals of revolutions, similar to a lathe’s rotating head-stock.  This give you another axis to work with and increased precision and accuracy without having to without having to remove and reset the piece.

Once you have 4 axes at your disposal, making grooves, holes, arc cuts, and complex curves all become possible.  Even cutting teeth for gear parts becomes something you can do in house.

Our options include a Standard Tilt Rotary Table, a Manual Tilt Rotary Table (for shops requiring less frequent tilting capability), and a Compact Tilt Rotary Table (for smaller workplaces).
