Bar Loaders Options
Among the products CNC Indexing will highlight are new MTA brand pneumatic bar loaders in models V-65E (4’) and V-65LE (5’). Our pneumatic style of short bar loaders offer an economical way to introduce unmanned production capabilities to a lathe.
Both models that will be on display have a small footprint and are extremely adaptable, working for small and large production runs, and everything in between. They load bar diameters from 5mm (0.196”) up to 66mm (2.598”) into the lathe spindle, which will feed to a turret stop.
These models feature CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies’ patented “TRACER” LED Lights to allow for better visual monitoring during the production process.
The V-65E model is our most popular line, with an economical price, easy operation and high quality construction.
We also offer short bar loaders in servo style. The servo bar feeder style allows for unmanned production, higher accuracies, and use on lathes with a sub-spindle.
