TRACER’s servo short bar loaders are capable of loading spindle length bar stock into the lathe’s spindle. The TRACER Vs-65E and Vs-65LE servo short bar loaders are smart solutions to achieving unmanned production runs with sub-spindle style CNC lathes. All of these models feed bar to a turret stop or a pre-set position. An all electric design does not require air but still provides for fast feeding cycles. These short bar loaders have a small footprint and were designed to integrate with all sub-spindle lathes in the marketplace. Standard options include Top Cut System for automatically sensing a new bar position in the loader, and easy to access V Channel Adjustment Guide for changing bar diameters. All TRACER bar feeders and bar loaders come standard with our uniquely patented frontal LED Display permitting distant monitoring at a glance. The LED Display messages important information such as bar length, last bar, feeder error, and CNC lathe error.
