At CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies, we manufacture our own line of high pressure coolant systems to help our customers decrease costs and increase productivity. The HPC-2000 is our largest standardized unit using only oil based coolant. It is ideal for CNC Swiss lathe machine tool applications.
The HPC-2000 offers a 6 GPM 10 HP gear pump system that is adjustable between 75-2000 PSI. It comes standard with an on-board transfer pump, 37 gallon reservoir tank, 8 port outlets, and oil chiller.
The tank design of the HPC-2000 reduces heat and foaming. It features heavy-duty steel enclosures and durable finish on the cabinet, as well as four caster wheels allow for easy mobility. Each filter has a dirty filter signal with visual indication.
